The Registration Desk will be open from 9:00 am on Friday, February 10 '12 until 3:00 pm Sunday, February 12 '12.

Step 1: Entry Form
Complete the entry form either manually or electronically
Review and verify Skate Canada number, Event entered and completed tests/date pertaining to the event
Print the form - obtain Club Test Chair signature or designate & Parent - Guardian (or skater if over 18 years of age) must sign the form

Step 2: Payment Options
Complete cheque, or obtain money order or use PayPal **This competition does not use PayPal based on the fee structure!

Delivery Methods:
If using cheque or money order you can mail, courier or deliver to our office (276 King St. West, Prescott, ON) your entry and payment.
