Problems caused by your browser can be frustrating and can interfere with the quality of your Web browsing experience.
Internet Explorer exposes your computer to more vulnerabilities than any other browser.
Because IE is so tightly tied into the Windows operating system any vulnerabilities don't stop with the program, but expose your whole Windows system.
No other browser does this (although alternative browsers and e-mail programs that use IE components are vulnerable to exploits of components they use).
- Use Internet Explorer only for Windows Update.
- Use Firefox or another alternative browser for anything else.

Problems viewing website updates:
Your browser has the ability to temporarily save pages you've visited so that
the next time you visit them they will download quicker. Sometimes, after the
website has been updated, you are still viewing an older page that was "cached" by
your browser the last time you visited. Since every browser is different, we have provided "
Clearing your Browser" outlining the steps involved in clearing the cache for several popular web browsers.
We hope that this assists with any difficulties, should you continue to experience
problems, please contact Skate Canada - Eastern Ontario
